Yes. Professionally dealer-applied Fresh Roof includes a 6-year transferable performance warranty. If the home is sold during the warranty period, the warranty can transfer to the new homeowner, subject to Fresh Roof's written transfer requirements, warranty terms, roof eligibility requirements, conditions and exclusions. The warranty covers product performance, including maintaining shingle flexibility.
What does Fresh Roof do?
Fresh Roof GreenSoy™ penetrates aging asphalt shingles and reconditions the asphalt from within. Fresh Roof helps restore natural oils in aging asphalt shingles, improves flexibility, slows granule loss and helps reduce moisture intrusion.
How much longer can Fresh Roof help my roof last?
One Fresh Roof GreenSoy™ application can add up to six years of useful life to a qualifying asphalt-shingle roof. Actual results depend on roof condition, age and environment.
Is Fresh Roof just a coating?
No. Fresh Roof GreenSoy™ is designed to penetrate through the granule layer and react with the aging asphalt binder inside the shingle.
Does Fresh Roof help with granule loss?
Fresh Roof improves granule adhesion, helping aging shingles hold onto more of their protective granule layer. Certerra testing showed improvements compared with untreated shingles, with results varying by shingle age.
Does Fresh Roof help brittle shingles?
Fresh Roof improves pliability and flexibility in treated shingles, helping aging shingles better tolerate bending and weather changes.
Does Fresh Roof improve fire resistance?
Fresh Roof is not fireproofing. In independent PRI spread-of-flame testing, treated shingles showed reduced flame spread compared with untreated shingles, resulting in improved fire resistance under the test conditions.
How long does Fresh Roof take?
